What is included
- The whole visit, start to finish. The fee is flat: it does not change if the work runs slightly longer than planned.
- The same cleaning professional every time, on a subscription. You choose her, and she does not change.
- A cleaning professional whose profile is validated before it appears on Maidy.
- No signup fee, no admin fee, no cancellation fee: nothing is added on top of the price of the visits.
Yours to provide: cleaning products and equipment, unless otherwise agreed with your cleaning professional.
How payment works
- Everything is paid online, by card.
- For a trial, your card is authorised when you book and charged only if the cleaning professional accepts. No subscription starts: you have 30 days to turn it into one.
- On a subscription, the charge happens on the day she accepts, then monthly on that same date. The amount follows the real number of visits.
- If you cannot make a session, report it from your account: a full visit is credited to you.
How the price is set
- Once your subscription starts, the price per visit is locked: a later rate increase does not affect it.
- Each cleaning professional sets her own rate. The amounts above are the lowest available today.
- Her exact price appears on her profile, before any booking.
