How we select
Not every applicant is selected.Legal, with nothing to handleSelf-employed cleaning professional registered with Swiss social insurance
Every cleaning professional is registered with Swiss social insurance as self-employed. You are not an employer and have no administrative steps to take.
Profile approved before publicationEvery application is reviewed, and the applicant called
Our team reviews every application, then calls the applicant to check her details and explain how Maidy works. A profile only appears on the site once that step is done.
Team interviewA real conversation with the team, not just a form
Every application is reviewed before the profile appears on Maidy. We discuss her experience, availability, and working style.
Happy with her? She'll be back.
